Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VizVeo Network ("VizVeo"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

VizVeo is a free streaming service offering Latino entertainment content including talk shows, reality series, documentaries, cooking shows, travel content, music videos, podcasts, movies, series, and original programming. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time.

VizVeo is currently a free application. We may introduce premium subscriptions, paid content, or other paid features in the future. If we do, these Terms will be updated to reflect the applicable billing and subscription terms.

3. Account Registration

• You must be 18 years or older to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You may not share your account credentials with others outside your household
• One account per person or household

4. Multiple Profiles

• Each account supports up to 5 profiles
• Profiles allow personalized watchlists, favorites, and watch history
• Profile data includes a profile name and avatar color selection
• Profiles can be created, edited, and deleted from the profile selection screen
• Deleting a profile does not delete the main account

5. Kids Profiles

• Kids profiles restrict content to the "Kids" category only
• Kids profiles display a kids badge for easy identification
• Kids profiles do not collect any additional personal information
• Parents are responsible for supervising their children's use of the service
• The service is not intended for children under 13

6. Free Service

VizVeo is currently offered as a free application. There are no subscription fees, no purchases required, and no hidden charges to download or use the basic application. All content is currently available to stream for free.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, download, or distribute content without permission
• Circumvent geographic restrictions or technical measures
• Use automated systems to access the service
• Share your account credentials
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Violate any laws or regulations

8. Content and Intellectual Property

• All content is owned by VizVeo or our licensors and is used under license
• Content is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial streaming
• Trademarks and logos are protected
• No commercial use of content without permission
• User submissions grant us rights to use the content as described in Section 9

9. User Content and Submissions

By submitting content (stories, photos, videos, tips) to VizVeo through our submission forms, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content across all media for the purpose of producing and distributing our programming. You represent that you have the rights to submit the content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

10. Geographic Restrictions

Content availability may vary by location due to licensing agreements. Some content may not be available in your region. Using VPNs or proxies to circumvent restrictions violates these terms.

11. Third-Party Services

Our service relies on the following third-party providers:

• Base44: Provides our backend infrastructure including database, authentication, file storage, hosting, and serverless functions
• Bunny.net: Provides video hosting and content delivery network (CDN) services for streaming

We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services. Their handling of your data is governed by their respective privacy policies.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

VizVeo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service. Content quality may vary based on your internet connection and device.

13. Limitation of Liability

VizVeo and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Since the service is currently provided free of charge, our total liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Account Termination and Deletion

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any reason with notice. Upon termination, your right to access VizVeo ceases immediately.

You may delete your account at any time through the app's Profile settings or through our external account deletion page at vizveo.tv/DeleteAccount. Account deletion permanently removes your account and all associated data.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via email or service notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

16. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. You and VizVeo agree to resolve any dispute through final and binding arbitration held in Los Angeles County, California.

Before filing arbitration, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution through written notice to the other party. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may initiate arbitration through the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

Either party may bring small claims court claims in Los Angeles County, California, instead of arbitration. You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to legal@vizveo.tv within 30 days of accepting these terms.

17. App Store Terms

• VizVeo is offered through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
• Apple and Google are not responsible for VizVeo content or functionality
• VizVeo is currently free on both platforms with no in-app purchases

18. Future Paid Features

If we introduce premium subscriptions or paid content in the future, these Terms will be updated to include subscription billing terms, auto-renewal terms, and cancellation policies applicable to the platform (Apple App Store or Google Play) through which the purchase was made. Any paid features will be processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system (on iOS) or Google Play Billing (on Android).
